1. What this is

365 Wishes is a non-commercial fan-made project: a Discord server and two small apps where people keep each other's birthdays and write wishes for strangers. There are no scores, no leaderboards, no purchases, and nothing to win. Use it because you want to.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's Terms of Service and minimum age (13+, or higher where you live). These terms also apply to your server's installation of the bot and activity.

3. Your account and your day

• Your birthday is the month and day you enter — we do not collect ages or birth years.
• You are responsible for what you enter and what you write. Do not enter someone else's private details.
• You may remove everything you have given us at any time with !myday delete.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use 365 Wishes to:

• harass, bully, threaten, or target anyone, including through "wishes";
• spam, flood, or abuse the wish system, announcements, or threads;
• impersonate others, post hateful or sexual content involving minors, or break Discord's rules;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service, or probe it without permission;
• use the bot for any automated messaging outside its birthday features.

Server administrators control where the bot may post and may configure or remove it at will. We may act on abusive users or servers to protect the rest.

5. The content you write

Wishes you write remain yours. You grant us a simple, non-exclusive licence to store them and show them in the server and activity — that is what the product does. Writing for someone else? Keep it kind and keep it yours to give.

6. Availability

The service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no uptime promise. We may change, pause, or discontinue features — birthdays do not wait, but servers occasionally do.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 365 Wishes is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing here excludes rights you have that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
